BM Prefab Engineering was created by engineers with many years of experience in international and domestic design bureaus. Company offers it’s services if field of engineering and detailing of steel, concrete, hybrid and composite structures.

In our work we rely on a unique for CIS market experience of designing multi-storey buildings using prefabricated technologies, that are widely spread in Baltic and Scandinavian countries, and composite technologies that are more common for Western Europe, USA and Middle East.

Technologies

Hybrid technology allows to use logic of pre-engineered buildings in multi-storey construction. Building frame consists of prefab metal or concrete elements in combination with prestressed slabs.

Composite technology is represented by combined systems with steel frame and in situ reinforced concrete slabs in demountable or permanent shuttering. Advantages of light steel frame together with benefits of situ reinforced concrete makes it universal in regard to building layouts and number of storeys.

SIN-beam is a lightweight technology aimed mainly for use in pre-engineered steel halls, where it allows to get up to 35% steel reduction in beams and up to 15% steel reduction in columns.
